Do not take this medication with any other antacids, antifungal medicines, blood thinners, migraine drugs, blood pressure medicines, H2 antagonists, H2 antagonists for high blood pressure, seizure medicines, H2 antagonists, H2 antagonists for migraine dizziness, H2 antagonists for anxiety, anti-seizure drugs, migraine drugs that block D2H, antifungals, anti-yeast treatments, blood thinners, chlorpropamide, acetaminophen, propoxyphene, oro-Tylenol, tramadol, Nolvadex, Sudafed, and Vardenafil.
Grapefruit and Grapefruit juice arekillers containing magnesium.
Do not let your doctor know to avoid any foods or medicines, especially if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or think you may be pregnant.
Grapefruit and grapefruit juice may increase the risk of allergic reactions. This is a general reaction.
Grapefruit juice may help relieve some of the symptoms of an allergic reaction.

The recommended dose is one tablet a day. - Do not take more than this recommended dose of one tablet (20 mg) a day, even if you don't feel an improvement immediately. - You may need to take Nexium 24HR for a few days before experiencing the full effect. - Nexium 24HR should be taken for at least 7 days and up to 14 days. - Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you do not feel better while taking Nexium 24HR.
